The National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI) has won the 2025/2026 Best Federal MDAs Digital Transformation Award at the 8th Nigeria E-Government Summit and Awards. NASENI emerged as the winner with 57.4 per cent of the votes cast in its category, ahead of the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) with 25.6 per cent and the Nigeria Revenue Service (NRS) with 16.9 per cent. The award was presented on September 10, 2026, at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos. The agency attributed the recognition to the ongoing digitalisation of its administrative and operational systems, including its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
