Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala has said that the situation of the people in the Niger Delta is far from satisfactory. The Chairman of the NDCCITMA Board, Mr Idaere Ogan, in his welcome address, urged Niger Delta states to reposition their enterprise, resources, and strategic relevance to Nigeria and Africa.
