Northern students endorse Tinubu for 2027

Student leaders from tertiary institutions across the 19 northern states and the Federal Capital Territory have endorsed President Bola Tinubu for re-election in 2027. The endorsement was announced on Tuesday at the inauguration of the students' wing of Arewa for Asiwaju (A4A). Abdulmudallib Sheriff, coordinator of the A4A students' wing and President of the Students' Union Government of Bayero University, Kano, said the support is based on the Tinubu administration's interventions in education, student financing, skills acquisition, and youth empowerment. The group plans to begin coordinated mobilisation for the president across campuses.
