Commander Kenya Air Force, Major General Bernard Waliaula, presided over a sensitisation programme on the KDF Mortgage Scheme at Sina Makosa Grounds, Moi Air Base, aimed at empowering KAF personnel to make informed decisions on home ownership and long-term financial planning. The engagement brought together Base and Formation Commanders, senior officers, officers, and Service members, alongside representatives from Defence Headquarters, Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB), the Affordable Housing Board, and the Civil Servants Housing Scheme. Major General Waliaula underscored the importance of investing in personnel welfare alongside training, equipment, and operational capability, noting that secure housing contributes to family stability, financial security, and morale.
