The Human Rights Writers Association of Nigeria (HURIWA) has urged the Kaduna State Government to rehabilitate displaced communities after the recovery of over 500,000 hectares of farmland from bandits. HURIWA commended Governor Uba Sani and security agencies for allowing farmers to regain access to their farmlands.
