Engr. Open Salawu, the Deputy Governorship candidate of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) in Oyo State, has donated N15 million to support the 2026 Rabitah Conference in Ibadan. Salawu, who holds the traditional titles of Giwa Adinni of Oyo State and Babalaje of Ogbomosoland, stated that the donation reaffirms his commitment to advancing Islam and promoting unity among Muslims in Yorubaland. The conference is scheduled to take place in Ibadan.
