The police have disbursed ₦39.8 million to 21 families of fallen and injured officers in Edo State. The cheques were presented under the Group Life Assurance and Group Personal Accident Scheme of the Nigeria Police Force. This initiative provides support to the families of officers who died or were injured in the line of duty.
