NDC faults INEC’s non-compliance with Court order to expand Oyo Assembly seats to 40

The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) has criticized the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for not complying with a court order to expand the Oyo State House of Assembly seats to 40. The party's House of Representatives candidate for Iseyin/Itesiwaju/Iwajowa/Kajola Federal Constituency in the 2027 general election, Comrade Ayo Akinyemi, faulted INEC's non-implementation of the ruling. The NDC described INEC's action as a disregard for the judiciary.
