The Federal High Court in Abuja on Wednesday ordered that President Bola Tinubu be served within seven days with a suit seeking to stop him from contesting the 2027 presidential election. The suit, filed by former Vice President Atiku Abubakar and the African Democratic Congress, alleges that Tinubu submitted forged certificates to INEC. Justice Inyang Ekwo approved substituted service on Tinubu through his party, the All Progressives Congress. The case is marked FHC/ABJ/CS/1888/2026.
