The Ministry of Defence Procurement Advisory Board has begun a one-week inspection tour of ongoing and completed infrastructure projects across the Kenya Navy. The exercise aims to assess project progress, quality, and suitability in meeting operational, administrative, and welfare requirements. On 15 September 2026, the Board, led by Chairman Major General Eric Kinuthia, paid a courtesy call on Commander Kenya Navy Major General Paul Otieno at the Kenya Navy Headquarters. The engagement allowed both parties to review infrastructure development.
