Katsina State Governor Malam Dikko Umaru Radda has congratulated Kwara State Governor and Nigeria Governors' Forum Chairman Malam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq and KATDICT Director-General Naufal Ahmad on their conferment with traditional titles. In separate statements issued on Wednesday by his Chief Press Secretary, Ibrahim Kaula Mohammed, Radda described both honours as well deserved and a recognition of exemplary leadership, innovation and selfless service. He specifically congratulated AbdulRazaq on his turbaning as the Sardauna of Ilorin Emirate, calling the title one of the most revered in the Emirate and a symbol of courage, loyalty and trust. Radda added that AbdulRazaq has consistently demonstrated those qualities through his leadership in Kwara State and as NGF Chairman, and that his commitment to unity, peace and people-centred governance continues to inspire.
