A fire outbreak at Aliko Dangote University of Science and Technology (ADUSTECH), Wudil, Kano State, destroyed property estimated at ₦20 million. The Federal Fire Service, Kano State Command, said it received an emergency call at about 11:38 a.m. from the Police Academy Fire Station. Firefighters found files and other materials burning in an office at the Department of Architecture and extinguished the fire using two medium jets of water. Property estimated at ₦700 million was involved, while assets worth about ₦20 million were destroyed.
