The Imo State Police Command has arrested two suspects allegedly linked to the murder of a Police Inspector at the residence of the Commissioner for Trade, Commerce and Investment, Hon. Rex Anunobi, on 14th September 2026. In a statement issued in Owerri by the command's Public Relations Officer, DSP Okoye Henry, the police confirmed the arrests and said investigation has commenced. The suspects are in custody as inquiries continue.
