Circle, the stablecoin issuer, has officially launched the Arc blockchain. According to CEO Jeremy Allaire, the blockchain will support trading of stablecoins, tokenized equities, and other assets. It will also enable perpetuals, lending protocols, and social trading apps. The launch was announced during a press briefing.
