The Ministry of Information, Communications, Science, Technology and Innovation submitted a draft of the National Data Value Creation Blue-Print Lesotho in Maseru. Ms. Mabatho Lithebe stated that the draft aims to validate the national ecosystem across four key areas. These include the strategic framework, which reviews the national vision, theory of change, strategic pillars, and consolidated findings of the ecosystem diagnostic. Other areas are the use case strategy, focusing on taxonomy, prioritization methods, value-feasibility matrix, ranked national portfolio, and selection of three to five flagship use cases; priorities and sequence, evaluating enabling infrastructure and shared platforms; and record validation decisions.
