A court has ordered that former Vice President Atiku Abubakar serve President Bola Tinubu with an eligibility suit through substituted means. The judge directed that the suit, which challenges Tinubu's eligibility for the 2027 elections, be served on him through the All Progressives Congress (APC). The order follows an application by Atiku's legal team after previous attempts at personal service were unsuccessful.
