Mavin Records issued a legal notice on September 10, 2026, through its Legal Affairs department, stating that Lotanna Harry has never been appointed or authorised to represent the label in any capacity. The company said its only known association with Harry was his engagement as a paid video model on a subcontract basis for selected productions. The label alleged that Harry has been using its logo and presenting himself as an authorised representative. It warned the public and business partners not to rely on any negotiations, transactions, communications or other representations he might make while claiming to act for or be associated with the company, adding that any such dealings would be unauthorised and would not create an obligation or liability.
