Abbey Bank has announced new significant shareholders following a private placement. The bank disclosed that the private placement involved 26,562,647,265 ordinary shares of 50 kobo each, issued at ₦2.43 per share. The announcement comes as part of the bank's efforts to strengthen its capital base and expand its shareholder base.
