Sony has released the WH-1000XM6 headphones, the latest in its 1000X series, which launched in May 2025. The headphones offer subtle enhancements to audio quality and a sturdier design compared to the previous XM5 model. The highlight is the improved active noise cancellation, which competes with top brands like Bose and Apple. However, the XM6 comes with a higher price tag of $460, $60 more than the XM5 at launch.
