The Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) on Wednesday formally unveiled its Blue Economy Accelerator Programme (BEAP). The agency called on banks, development finance institutions, maritime companies and regulators to support innovative Nigerian startups developing solutions for the maritime sector. The programme was launched in Lagos during a high-level interactive session with the organised private sector.
