A former General Manager of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has criticized the Airline Operators of Nigeria (AON) for calling for the abolition of the 5% ticket sales charge. The former NCAA GM argued that the call is wrong both legally and morally. The AON had demanded the removal of the charge, but the former official insists it is unjustified.
