Ivan Burazin, CEO of AI firm Daytona, said that managing AI agents is similar to managing people. He has pushed his team to build more AI agents, with 16 engineers each running an average of five agents, and no one writes code anymore. Burazin found that staff with people-management experience are better at prompting AI agents because they know how to communicate exactly what they want.
