Senator Dino Melaye has criticized a fresh petition against former Vice President Atiku Abubakar submitted to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). The petition concerns allegations that were reportedly investigated by the EFCC between 2005 and 2006, during Atiku's tenure as vice president. Melaye described the move as 'resurrecting the dead'.
