The Pension Transitional Arrangement Directorate (PTAD) has paid N18.96 billion in outstanding Back-End Computation (BEC) arrears to 3,958 pensioners of the former Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN). The payment was made under the Defined Benefit Pension Scheme (DBS). This disbursement settles long-standing pension liabilities owed to the retirees. PTAD continues to address pension arrears for former PHCN workers.
