The Social Democratic Party (SDP) has called on young professionals to actively participate in politics and contribute to addressing Nigeria's development challenges. During a visit by the Young Progressive Professionals to the party's National Secretariat in Abuja, SDP National Chairman Prof. Gombe said the visit demonstrated young Nigerians' hope in the country's future. He emphasized that youth involvement is critical amid concerns over poverty, insecurity, and unemployment. Gombe also stated that the party's presidential candidate, Prince Adewole Adebayo, and vice-presidential candidate, Prof. Usman Bugaje, are committed to offering an alternative approach to governance.
