Emirates has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Medical Tourism Association (MTA) to expand its presence in the medical tourism travel segment. The agreement, signed on the sidelines of ATM 2026, reflects Emirates' strategy to build long-term relationships in healthcare travel. The airline aims to leverage Dubai's position as a healthcare and medical tourism hub and its network of close to 140 destinations. Adnan Kazim, Emirates' Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, noted that healthcare is a key reason people travel internationally.
