The Oyo State Government has promoted 102 officers of the Oyo State Road Traffic Management Authority (OYRTMA). The Secretary to the State Government, Professor Musibau Babatunde, charged the newly promoted officers to justify their elevation through improved performance and effective traffic management. The decoration ceremony was held for the promoted officers.
