The Kwara State Government has rescued 30 children from an unapproved orphanage, Iranlowo Oluwa Orphanage and Children's Home, in Ilorin. The rescue operation was carried out by the Ministry of Social Development following concerns about the welfare and living conditions of the children. The rescued children, aged between two and 15, are receiving medical care and psychosocial support at a government-approved shelter.
