The Plateau State Government, under Governor Caleb Mutfwang, has presented an Orange Economy strategy at the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS) in Kuru. The strategy aims to transform the state's tourism, culture, and creativity into productive economic resources to create jobs, attract investment, and broaden the economy. The Orange Economy encompasses activities such as film, music, fashion, performing arts, tourism, digital content, and design. This aligns with NIPSS Senior Executive Course 48, which is examining how Nigeria can harness the sector for sustainable development.
