The Chinese Embassy in Zambia hosted a Legal Affairs Dialogue between the Chinese community in Zambia and Zambia's National Prosecution Authority (NPA) on September 17, 2026. Counsellor Wang Li led the embassy's participation, while Mrs. Rhoda Malibata-Jackson, Principal State Advocate, headed a team of senior NPA officials. Nearly 30 representatives from major Chinese community associations and chambers of commerce attended. Counsellor Wang noted that as the number of Chinese nationals in Zambia increases, the community's need to understand Zambian laws and regulations has become more urgent, and described the dialogue as an important step by the embassy to strengthen ties with Zambian prosecutors.
