Ambassador Zhao Weiping Attends the Launch Ceremony of “Jiangxi Culture Goes to International Sister Cities (Namibia)”

Ambassador Zhao Weiping attended the launch ceremony of "Jiangxi Culture Goes to International Sister Cities (Namibia)" and a high-level dialogue between Chinese and African mainstream media and think tanks. The event was jointly organized by Jiangxi Province and The New Era newspaper of Namibia. Dignitaries present included Honorable Sam Nujoma, Governor of Khomas Region, Honorable Wenzel Kavaka, Deputy Minister of Information and Communication Technology of Namibia, Mr. Lan Wensheng, Head of the Jiangxi Delegation, and Ms. Zheng Ying, Executive Deputy Director of Jiangxi International Communication Center. In his remarks, Ambassador Zhao noted that Namibian President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah's state visit to China in July was a complete success and that the two heads of state announced the elevation of bilateral relations to a China-Namibia community with a shared future.
