The Petroleum Products Retail Outlets Owners Association of Nigeria (PETROAN) has called on the Federal Government and the Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) to restart idle refineries. The association said this would help combat rising fuel prices and reduce Nigeria's dependence on imports.
