Comcast's Universal unit said it remains committed to releasing the documentary "Musk" in theaters internationally, following a Hollywood Reporter story that the studio was having second thoughts because the film was politically sensitive for parts of the Trump administration. Universal representative Evan Langweiler said the studio remains committed to an international theatrical release. Distributor Bleecker Street will show the movie in US theaters on October 9, while Universal has not announced a date for an international rollout. The documentary is highly critical of Elon Musk.
