The Rainbow Coalition founded by FCT Minister Nyesom Wike to support President Bola Tinubu's re-election is facing challenges as more parties disown the arrangement. The coalition comprises the APC, PDP, Labour Party, and Action Alliance in Rivers State. Labour Party chieftains in Rivers State claim that the individuals involved are not authentic LP members, but belong to the Labour Union. Former South-South Zonal Vice Chairman of LP, Favour Reuben, said he is not part of the coalition and alleged that the LP governorship candidate recognized by the coalition is a PDP member.
