The Department of State Services (DSS) in Niger State has arrested two young men, Aliyu Muhammad Bodo (23) and Tukur Hassan Ali (22), for kidnapping and criminal conspiracy. They were apprehended in Tanangi village forest in Mashegu Local Government Area. The duo were part of a five-man gang that kidnapped 10 people on Tegina-Makera road and collected a N14 million ransom. Other gang members remain at large.
