The Oyo State Police Command has rescued four additional children in connection with an ongoing investigation into a suspected child-stealing, human trafficking, and baby factory syndicate. This brings the total number of rescued children to 21, with suspects arrested. Police Public Relations Officer DSP Ayanlade Olayinka said on Friday that the breakthrough followed the Command's public briefing on the initial rescue of 17 children. After the briefing and circulation of video clips, parents who recognised their missing children came forward to lodge complaints, leading to further questioning of the principal suspect, AdeJoke Popoola, also known as Orente Alagbo.
