The Oyo State High Court has dismissed a N400 million suit filed by the family of late federal lawmaker Temitope Olatoye, also known as Sugar, against the University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan. The suit was over leaked photographs of his lifeless body, and the court vindicated UCH.
