Fans lined up outside Apple stores worldwide, from Sydney to Manhattan, hoping to be among the first to get the new devices. Apple's new CEO, John Ternus, visited the flagship Fifth Avenue store in New York City for the launch. The Pro models include a new 48-megapixel camera, and the folding iPhone Duo is expected in October.
