Indigenes and residents of Arigidi-Akoko in Ondo State have appealed to Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa's administration to accord proper recognition to the Olumo of Arigidi-Akoko as the traditional ruler of the community. They contended that the recognition given to the Zaki of Arigidi-Akoko was not ideal. They pointed out that the Olumo remains the traditional ruler recognised by tradition.
