The Federal Government has stated that it has no immediate plans to increase electricity tariffs. Minister of Power Joseph Tegbe said the priority is to improve service delivery, expand access to reliable electricity, and accelerate universal metering. He made the statement while speaking to journalists after commissioning a 3MW captive power plant.
