The Benue State Police Command has rescued nine passengers who were kidnapped along the Ankpenchi-Ogobia road in Ohimini Local Government Area. The victims were abducted on Monday when their vehicle was intercepted around 11pm by suspected kidnappers. The State Commissioner of Police, Cletus Nwadiogbu, disclosed the rescue during a press conference. The operation led to the safe recovery of the victims.
