The Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) has sent another 31 scholars to the United Kingdom for postgraduate studies. The Administrator, Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro, urged the beneficiaries to excel academically and justify the government's investment in them. The scholars departed Nigeria on Friday and arrived in London, following a pre-departure briefing in August. They are part of 150 beneficiaries, with a previous batch of 54 scholars having left last week. The scholars will pursue programmes in fields such as forensic audit, construction engineering management, and data science.
