Residents of Ehime Mbano, Ezinihitte, and Mbieri in Imo State have called for remedial measures to address worsening erosion in their communities. They complained that despite assessment visits by government agencies such as the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) and the Ministry of Environment, no concrete efforts have been made to assist them. The residents are demanding urgent action to mitigate the impact of the erosion.
