Police in Akwa Ibom State have rescued two individuals after their Cameroon-bound speedboat sank along the Ibaka waterways in Mbo Local Government Area. The incident occurred as the boat was traveling to Cameroon. The rescued persons are receiving necessary assistance. Authorities have not yet disclosed the cause of the sinking.
