However, concerns are growing about whether humans are building machines that could eventually replace them or become too powerful to control. The debate intensified after Britain's King Charles III warned technology leaders that humanity needed adequate controls over AI before it was 'too late.' Speaking at a gathering of AI leaders in Scotland, Charles acknowledged the technology's potential in medicine and life sciences but warned about the possibility of powerful systems developing.
