The National Assembly Service Commission (NASC) has reconstituted its Standing Committees, with the new assignments taking immediate effect. The Commission's executive chairman, Chief Saviour Enyiekere, announced the changes at the 32nd meeting held in Abuja. According to a statement by the director of Public Affairs, Emmanuel Anyigor, the previous committees were allowed to remain until the meeting to conclude pending assignments. Enyiekere said the reconstitution followed Section 7 of the Commission's Standing Orders and called for unity and cooperation among members and management.
