A Grade A Customary Court in Mapo, Ibadan, Oyo State, has dissolved the marriage between Moriamo and her husband, Kayode, citing irresponsibility, lack of love and care, and domestic violence. Moriamo told the court that her husband neglected his duties and subjected her to physical abuse, which led to her being hospitalized on multiple occasions. The court granted the divorce on these grounds.
