The Oyo State government has warned residents around the Old Oyo National Park against harbouring bandits or supporting them in any way. This follows a recent attack on an Operation Burst facility in Igbeti, Olorunsogo Local Government Area. Deputy Governor Bayo Lawal gave the warning while providing an update on the security situation in the area. He urged residents to report suspicious movements to security agencies and remain vigilant, noting that harbouring bandits could endanger communities during security operations.
