A Zimbabwean woman based in Australia has lost her High Court bid to take custody of her 9-year-old daughter from her ex-husband in Zimbabwe. Justice Fatima Maxwell of the High Court in Harare awarded sole custody of the child to the ex-husband. The court also ordered the woman to pay US$200 per month in maintenance. The ruling was delivered in Harare, Zimbabwe.
