An Anambra State High Court in Awka sentenced native doctor Ekene Igboekweze, known as 'Eke Hit,' to 12 years in prison. He was convicted on two counts of kidnapping, protective charms, and money rituals. The sentences will run concurrently without an option of fine. The court ordered that his detention period be counted as part of the sentence.
